The 6" cheek series bit may be used with a training fork or martingale for greater control of the poll and nose and for collection. The Classic Equine 7 1/2 cheek series bits come in four different mouth pieces for you to choose. From a dogbone mouth piece to a correction mouth piece you should find a bit that works for you and your horse. Classic Equine's 8 Calvary cheek series bits come in two mouth pieces: correction and ported. This final cheek in the Tool Box is designed for the finished, well broke performance horse or tough mouthed older horses.

The 6" cheek series bit may be used with a training fork or martingale for greater control of the poll and nose and for collection. A slight step up from the snaffle, this bit applies pressure to the chin, bars, and corners, but applies added pressure to the tongue. This is a good step up for a colt from the 6" cheek snaffle Widely used on horses for all types of riding and training activities. Good for lateral pull and collection and may be used with a training fork or martingale for increased control of the poll and nose.
