How do I return an item?
What if I don't like my item or it doesn't fit my horse?
We understand when ordering off the internet that some items may not be what you expected once you receive them. Therefore we do offer a money back guarantee with certain restrictions. If you wish to return an item below are the instructions for returning an item.
1. Call (888-252-8857), fill out the ticket form below, or email (email@example.com) letting us know that you wish to return an item.
2. The item must be in new condition in order to return the item.
3. Returns may be given as a cash back, store credit, or a replacement item.
4. There will be a restocking fee of 10% of the item cost on items purchased. The amount of restocking fee is dependent upon the item purchased price due to it being a percentage.
5. Shipping costs for returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. The actual cost of shipping to the customer WILL NOT be refunded. Only the original cost of the item will be refunded unless the order received free shipping - in which case the item cost less the actual shipping will be refunded.
7. There are certain items that are considered custom items that are non-refundable. Any items that has been personalized is non-refundable as well as any of the Impact Gel saddle pads with the custom hair on hide wear leathers or tacky tack bottoms.
Item exchanges are available for ordering of incorrect sizes and so forth. However, the cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer as well as the re-shipment of the replacement item. Even if there is a free shipping promotion currently for the item - that promotion is only good for the first shipment of the item. We encourage our customers to measure their horses for all horse blankets, splint boots, and horse sheets prior to ordering.
If you are returning an item due to a manufacturer defect or the item is in the manufacturer warranty period, contact us and we will give you further instructions at that time. The instructions for manufacturer warranty issues are different depending on the product.
