BRITTANY 8” DOGBONE

Dogbone bits seem to work well with a wide variety of horses.  These bits are right in the middle of not too harsh and not the softest you can get either.  This specific one does have an 8" shank which will give you a little more whoa without sacrificing the flexing.  This bit gives you more flex and bend than the original lifter. I love the short shank for starting colts and the long shank for running the more solid horse. The three piece smooth dog bone gives you similar benefits of the smooth snaffle with added flex and bend.
