If you know that this saddle pad's colors are charcoal/ocean and you look at the colors themselves you can for sure see why it's name the way it is.  This color scheme isn't what you normally see but it is a good one!  The breathable design remains securely in place, providing conformal layered protection.  The hand woven, 100% New Zealand wool blanket top can be folded back for shim placement if necessary and lays clean and flat against the pad.  This new technology in gel saddle pads is powered with a vented Zoombang insert that is scientifically engineered to dissipate energy, reducing injury and stress on equine athletes.  Durable orthopedic grade felt bottom absorbs moisture, remains soft and pliable, and provides excellent shock absorption.  This same saddle pad is available in a 3/4" thickness as well.
